They aren't bad nor good, they just 'are the happenings' during this human experience, classroom earth, for the time, for the wisdom to be learned. Trust the experience, trust in the lesson, trust in knowing what is real is some times a tall order yet so simple when applied, and the positive energy difference is felt instantly. And...like you say, it takes daily reminder by practice.Samnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5650114323461268088.post-57301845674014933962019-02-03T11:25:47.318-05:002019-02-03T11:25:47.318-05:00Thanks for your open and insightful comment, Sam.
...Thanks for your open and insightful comment, Sam.

I think that honest grief is a noble thing. Embedded in its depth is Gratitude. I once read that Brother Blue, a street Preacher, prayed daily to "remain broken-hearted." That made sense to me. IMHO, the openness of heart that is involved with True Love connects us with the Reality of the human condition. It also produces deep joy and tranquility as well. The entire gamut of mindstates is our birthright -- and is essentially fluid. Everything comes and goes, no? 🙏❤️Lance Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18174480565578669357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5650114323461268088.post-57259722577248238192019-02-03T10:47:46.074-05:002019-02-03T10:47:46.074-05:00Yes, I agree. Focusing on staying tuned into love, is focusing on staying in harmony with reality. circumstances beyond our control happen at every moment while here, and keeping that reality in check is also a part of staying in check to the knowing that we ourselves are part of even what is beyond our control. I'm speaking of the death card here.
Even when keeping kindness, compassion, and curiosity glowing through my heart, the emotion of loss is and can be a strong teacher. Losses of form, of comforts, keep me running back to reality for strength. Days and nights are hard, locked into earthly time is a struggle. The reality of knowing I am, is what keeps me settled these days. Love the pic of the galaxy. I have a poster of the milky way hanging right now to help keep me afloat these days.Samnoreply@blogger.com
