Held mainly in silence, 
open to all practitioners of meditation, centering prayer, contemplation, and other silent practices, 
this day long retreat will include opening and closing circles, alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation. 
Beginners are welcome. 
Full or half day attendance preferred.
Partial attendance okay for the Usual Suspects.
(Afternoon arrivals at 12:30 PM)
Bring a lunch (or eat out) if you intend to stay for full retreat. 
Donations to Community Yoga in appreciation.
