Be Still: Community Yoga


Sunday, April 21
9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
(Partial attendance is fine)
Community Yoga and Wellness Center

Greenfield, MA

Held mainly in silence, this mini-retreat is
open to all practitioners of meditation, centering prayer, contemplation, and other silent practices.  
You are invited to attend for the entire day, or drop in for as long as you can stay.
The morning will include opening and closing circles and
alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation. 
 Full day participants will have 
a one hour lunch break Noon-1PM
(bring a bag lunch or eat at the Coop or a local restaurant)
 Afternoon only participants please gather at 
12:45 PM for an opening circle.  
The rest of the afternoon will consist of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation until a  the closing circle.
Beginners are welcome. 
Instruction and support will be provided.
 The Event is Free. 
Donations to Community Yoga in appreciation.
