Closing Heart Council Circle: 3:00 PM

Join us for an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice.
Unlike the monthly event at Community Yoga and Wellness Center, much of the day will be self-directed mindfulness practice.  Beyond the three Zoom Circles, you will determine the length of your other sitting sessions, mindful movement, study, prayer, and other activities.  
At 9:00 AM, we will gather on Zoom for the Opening Heart Council Circle to practice deep listening and speaking from the Heart about our lives and practice before sharing our aspirations and intentions for the day, then sharing a silent practice for 20 minutes.

At 12 Noon, we will gather on Zoom for the Midday Heart Council.  Some people may be first arriving for the day, others may be checking in "midstream" for the day's practice, others may be leaving to go on to other activities.  Those who wish to will share a 20 minute period of silent meditation and a bow before closing the Circle.

At 3:00 PM, we will close the day with a final Heart Council Circle to share our experiences of the day, our gratitudes and appreciations, and a closing shared OM.  I will leave the Zoom Room open for the entire event for chat salutations, questions, and comments.  If you'd like to me to contact you please leave your email address.
