seeking a setting and support for their Practice.

 7:15-8:45 AM Early Bird Silent Practice 
Drop in and leave when you need to

In many religious traditions, temples and churches offer an Open Sanctuary for those wishing to engage in their silent spiritual practices.  
 Whether you wish to meditate, pray, read, journalize, do yoga, or other personal spiritual practices in Silence, you are welcome to join us to begin your week with Practice. 
 You may arrive (and leave) at any time from 7:15-8:45 AM. 
Lance will lead alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation. 
There are yoga mats and props available for those who wish to engage in hatha yoga or other silent practices.
Free and Open to All.
