In many religious traditions, temples and churches offer an Open Sanctuary for those wishing to engage in their silent spiritual practices.
Whether you wish to meditate, pray, read, journalize, do yoga, or other personal spiritual practices in Silence, you are welcome to join us to begin your week with Practice.
You may arrive (and leave) at any time from 7:15-8:45 AM.
Lance will lead alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation.
There are yoga mats and props available for those who wish to engage in other slow and silent practices.
Free and Open to All.

Meditation, Mindfulness -- and Mission!
Sometimes called Mindfulness or Zen Mind in the Buddhist tradition, this Way of Being is common to all the mystical traditions of the world's religions. In my experience, it brings with it a deep connection to unbridled energy and a wordless sense of purpose and meaning
-- but it takes Commitment.
Each session will provide instruction, an opportunity to compare notes with others on Practice, and time for sitting and walking meditation.
The course is free and open to all.
