Monday Morning Mindfulness will return to Monday mornings on April 1 at 7 AM!
Making the time and space to practice on a regular basis at the beginning of the workweek
can be an excellent way to "begin anew" each week.
Join us at 7 or 8 or 9 AM! Leave when you need to!
